Meredith received her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MSMFT) and a Post-Graduate Fellowship in Mindfulness and Behavior Therapy from Northwestern University, located in Evanston, Illinois. During her clinical training, she completed The Family Institute's Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) internship and Community Program practicum. Meredith helped individuals, couples, and families work through complex, intergenerational issues. She has a master's degree in education from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design. Meredith worked as a professional educator for over a decade before becoming a relational therapist. She also has a certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (CPAT) from Naropa University.
Meredith currently resides in Denton, Texas, with her spouse and two dogs. Meredith’s current hobbies include getting dirty at the barn with large animals or struggling on the pottery wheel.
